Student and Graduate Call-Out: Home Solo

Opportunity to join dancer and dance maker Hayley Matthews in a research workshop for our latest project Home Solo.

Home Solo is a contemporary dance solo with live music. It is an exploration of what it is and how it feels to be at home in your own skin.

The performance will be an intimate, close-up journey of contemporary dance, guitar and song. The show integrates voices of local community members from a range of backgrounds and ages on what it means to feel at home for them and unravels into dance, song, percussion and guitar.

Opportunity

• Two dance / performance students or recent graduates will have the chance to join the company for two days in rehearsals at Norwich Arts Centre
• Students/graduates must be  must be available to attend rehearsals  on 5 and 6 October in Norwich
• Priority will be given to locally-based applicants
• Students will receive travel expenses paid for their days with the company
• Successful applicants will receive complimentary tickets to the Home – Solo premiere at Norwich Arts Centre on 29 November 2017.
